Q: What hotels can I stay in? Can I choose where I stay ?
A: We only work with the best quality hotels with 3 stars or more based on availability. We provide standard rooms ( no economy rooms, etc. ) We would not be able to tell you exactly what room you would be getting because its based on availability and dates chosen when sending in your reservation form. Our fulfillment center works very hard to insure each customer is satisfied with their stay!

Q: Can I use both stays for the same destination ?
A: No, you must choose two of the following destinations, for two(2) or three (3) nights in each. Orlando, Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, Destin, Ft. Lauderdale, or St Pete's Beach. Miami or Naples for 2 nights only.
Q: Can I book both trips consecutively ?
A: Yes you can book both destinations at consecutive dates.
Q : How do I book my stay ?
A: You will receive a physical reservation in the mail after you provide your shipping address and voucher number here.
Q: What dates can I choose ?
A: You can choose any dates you wish. When completing the reservation form you must select two different dates, at least 10 days apart.
Q: How soon can I travel ?
A: Reservations must be submitted at least 45 days in advance, and are subject to space availability at the time of booking, so make your reservations early; especially for holidays or peak seasons.
Q: Can I book my trip over the phone ?
A: Telephone reservations or inquiries cannot be accepted until the completed reservation request form, and tax deposit, have been received.
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: No. There is a 25.00 per destination tax deposit required at time of reservation ($50.00 Total for both stays). There are no other fees.
Q: Can I choose what hotel I stay in ?
A: Accommodations are based on availability and dates that are chosen to travel.
Q: Are there any presentations or meetings involved?
A: No.
Q: What is included ?
A: Up to 6 nights of accommodations in Florida in your choice of destinations. It does not include transportation, food, beverages, taxes, portage, gratuities, service charges, or incidental expenses.
Q: Can I book my flight through the reservation department?
A: You may, at your option, book your air through or reservation department. We may be able to offer you a discounted airfare. Once we have confirmed a date we will contact you, at which time, if you wish, our reservationist will be able to provide you with an airfare quote. Airline tickets will be mailed to you within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. In the event that you wish to drive, or handle your own air reservations, a reservationist will contact you, once you are confirmed, so you may proceed with your transportation plans. We recommend that you do not book your air reservations until you are confirmed at the destination of your choice.
Q: Can I give this offer as a gift ?
A: Yes. The certificate you will receive in the mail is fully transferable, should you wish to use it as a gift, subject to all terms and conditions.
